These terms govern your use of Pickr, an app by Code Refined. By using Pickr, you agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Use Of The App
You may use Pickr to capture, inspect, organize, export, and reuse colors and palettes. You are responsible for how you use exported colors, names, files, and palettes in your own projects.
Pickr Pro
Pickr may offer paid features through a one-time in-app purchase called Pickr Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple handles billing, refunds, taxes, and payment methods according to App Store terms.
Your Content
Colors, palettes, and selected photos remain yours. Pickr processes selected photos locally for palette generation. You should only use photos and content that you have the right to use.
Availability
Pickr is provided as available. Code Refined may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.
No Professional Warranty
Pickr is a design and productivity tool. Code Refined does not guarantee that generated palettes, contrast suggestions, or color conversions are suitable for every legal, accessibility, branding, or production requirement. You should verify critical color decisions in your own workflow.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Refined is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pickr.
